Now, at the risk of being attacked on numerous fronts by numerous interests, I’ve got to ask:

In a country where Billions of tax dollars are regularly used to subsidize the profits of many companies, what exactly are the logical reasons why actual clean water isn’t readily available from every public-water-supplied modern plumbing system and water fountain? What explanation might the “Law of Parsimony” suggest?
